Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NutriSync (nutrisync.pro). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

NutriSync is based in Slovakia (European Union).

  • For customers within the EU: There are no customs duties or additional taxes. The price you see at checkout is final.
  • For customers outside the EU: NutriSync is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

NutriSync is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend documenting the damage with photos immediately upon arrival.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship primarily to countries within the European Union. If you are attempting to order from outside the EU and cannot check out, please contact us at business@nutrisync.pro for assistance.
